Danny has spent many years in Senior Management positions for a major international company. His career began as a Production Engineer and he has held various roles in Operations and Business Improvement before moving into General Management running the countrywide business.
He has also worked on international assignments and delivered high level training programmes for senior managers within businesses. Danny is a trouble shooter and a highly effective facilitator of people at all levels of an organisation.

Danny is excellent at assessing businesses and organisations, he is a natural organisational systems thinker who can quickly identify gaps and duplication. He is currently doing this extensively within the packaging industry.
He is expert in results focused team development embracing the NewLeaf “Six Components of a Team” model, ensuring teams have the understanding and confidence to complete structured activities to improve business performance.
Danny also facilitates senior teams to develop strategies and deploy them through the business using the NewLeaf “OGSM and Infrastructure Process”
Danny develops the teams’ abilities to run effective, focused and disciplined meetings to report progress on activities and address issues and barriers. This is done within a work environment that is challenging and supportive of all team members.
